How do I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address by contacting Customer Service by phone at 1-800-835-4386 M-F 8am-10pm EST and Sat-Sun 10am-6pm EST or by email here: http://service.lego.com/en-US/contactus/contact-us-email/. Please include the order number or the name and address of the person who purchased the subscription and the name and address you wish to change it to when you contact us.

How can I change the email address listed in my membership?

If you are under 13 year, please contact CS by phone or email.

If you are above 13 years:

• Changing your email for your account is easy.
• Log in to your LEGO ID.
• Once logged in click “Edit Profile”.
• Under the tab marked “Basic Profile”, you can change your email address and click “Save” to update your account.

If you have forgotten your LEGO ID user name and password

Contact Customer Service by phone at 1-800-835-4386 M-F 8am-10pm EST and Sat-Sun 10am-6pm EST. Once we verify your information, we can update your email address on your LEGO ID.

When will my next kit arrive?

• The shipments of Kits 1 (sold individually) and 2 (the first kit in your subscription) are trackable. You will receive an email with a tracking number when they ship.
• The remaining kits are sent out every two months on the odd numbered months and are not trackable.
• You will receive an email notification when they ship.
• You can also check your shipment status under Profile area on the LEGO Master Builder Academy website.

How long will it take to get my kit in the mail?

• Kits 1 and 2 usually take about 4-7 business days to ship with standard delivery.
• Kits 3-6 take 7-10 business days to arrive and are sent out through a bulk mailing method.

I lost my member code!

Not to worry! The code for Kit 1 is located on page 5 of your Space Designer Handbook.
If you purchased a subscription for Kits 2-6, there are two options available to you to get your unique code:

• Contact Customer Service by phone at 1-800-835-4386 M-F 8am-10pm and Sat-Sun 10am-6pm and one of our friendly experts will be happy to re-send your the membership code email to you. Or simply email us at http://service.lego.com/en-US/contactus/contact-us-email/. Please include the order number or the name and address of the person who purchased the membership when you contact us.
• Wait for your next shipment email. The code will be at the bottom of your shipment email. Your unique membership code remains the same with every shipment!

I never received my kit in the mail!

Have no fear; we can help you with that! We know you are anxious to receive your LEGO Master Builder Academy kit, but before requesting a replacement, please ask yourself a couple of questions:

• Have you allowed the full delivery time for your order to arrive? Kits 1 & 2 take 4-7 business days for delivery and Kits 3-6 take 7-10 business days to deliver.
• Are you scheduled to receive a new kit this month? Remember, LEGO MBA kits are sent out every two months, so if it has been less than 60 days since you received your last kit, your next one should arrive on time.
• If you have still not received your shipment yet, contact Customer Service by phone at 1-800-835-4386 M-F 8am-10pm and Sat-Sun 10am-6pm,or by email here: http://service.lego.com/en-US/contactus/contact-us-email/. Please include the order number or the name and address of the person who purchased the kit or subscription, and the kit number you did not receive, and we will be happy to assist you with locating or replacing your shipment.

My Designer Handbook is missing!

No problem. You can get a replacement Designer Handbook by Contacting Customer Service by phone at 1-800-422-5346 M-F 8am-10pm and Sat-Sun 10am-6pm or by email here: http://service.lego.com/en-US/contactus/contact-us-email/. Please specify what LEGO MBA Kit number you are missing a Designer Handbook for and we will be happy to send out a replacement. If you have lost your Designer Handbook, you may be able to purchase a replacement as well!

Model pieces are missing!

This doesn’t happen very often, but when it does, we are ready to help you! There are two options available to you to help:

Go to the Customer Service website http://service.lego.com/en-us/default.aspx

• Click on “Bricks & Pieces”.
• Enter a grown-up’s age (with that grown-up’s permission) with your request.
• Select your parts as “Missing”.
• Enter the set number in the space provided under “Set details” and click “Quick Search”.
• Add the piece(s) you need to your bag or enter the part number under “Describe a part”.
• Select your country and click continue.
• Enter your name and address and email address and click continue.
• Your parts will be sent to you within 7-10 business days.

Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

I lost a part!

Not to worry, you can purchase replacement pieces if you have lost them. Simply follow the steps above for missing parts and choose “Lost” instead of missing, or contact Customer Service to purchase a replacement, by phone at 1-800-422-5346 M-F 8am-10pm and Sat-Sun 10am-6pm, or by email here: http://service.lego.com/en-US/contactus/contact-us-email/. Specify what kit number and part number you are missing and we will be happy to send you a quote for a replacement. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
