How do I register my membership on LEGOmba.com?

To register your LEGO MBA membership after purchasing Kit 1:

• Check your Kit 1 Designer Handbook for your MBA Kit 1 Code
• Enter your code and your Lego ID on the Member Access page

To register your LEGO MBA membership after purchasing Kits 2-3 or Level 2 (Kits 4-6)

• Check the insert included in the box for the code.
• Go into your Member profile area with your current membership.
• Choose “upgrade” and enter new code.
• If you are a new member, enter your code and your LEGO ID on the Member Access page.

To register for MBA online after subscribing to Level 3:

• Check the order confirmation emailed to you after purchasing your subscription, the delivery paperwork in Kit7, or the bottom of your shipment email. Your unique membership code remains the same with every shipment!
• Go into your Member profile area with your current membership.
• Choose “upgrade” and enter new code.

How do I log into the LEGO MBA website?

Click on the member access note on the MBA Member magnet board here! Use your unique member code and LEGO ID to sign in!

I need help logging in!

What code do I use to access the website?

There are two different codes you can use to access the LEGO MBA website. Subscribers of kits 2–6 have one code and those who have purchased just Kit 1 have a different code.

• If you have Kit 1: use the code on page 5 of the Kit 1 Designer Handbook – Space Designer.
• If you have Kits 2-3 or Level 2 (Kits 4-6), an insert is included in the box with your access code.
• If you have a Level 3 subscription: you will receive your membership code via email when your order ships. It is also printed on the packing slip in the box containing your kits.

I have a code, but it says I need a LEGO ID. What’s that?

Your LEGO ID is a user name that remembers your information for all of LEGO.com.

To sign up for a LEGO ID, click on the blue LEGO ID icon in the upper right hand corner of the webpage. Click on “Sign Up” and follow the prompts to create your unique user name.

Once you enter your membership code on LEGOmba.com, your LEGO ID will save it so that any time you sign in with your LEGO ID, you can access the LEGO Master Builder Academy website.

I lost my membership code!

Don’t worry! The code for Kit 1 is located on page 5 of the Space Designer Handbook. The code for Kits 2-3 or Level 2 are located on an insert in the box.  If you have lost the insert: Contact Customer Service by phone at 1-800-835-4386 M-F 8am-10pm and Sat-Sun 10am-6pm and one of our friendly experts will be happy to reship the code email to you. How can I change my log-in name?

We’re sorry. Since your membership code is a unique code and is tied to your LEGO ID, once you register it under that user name, it cannot be changed.

I forgot my log-in name!

Your log-in name is the same as your LEGO ID and we are able to send that information to you.
To retrieve your LEGO ID and LEGO MBA log-in name:

• Click on the LEGO ID icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen on LEGO.com (this may be somewhere else on the LEGOmba.com website)
• At the log-in screen, next to where it says “Forgot your user name”, click the link next to the text.
• In the space provided, enter the email address associated with your LEGO ID. We will send your user name to that email address if it matches the one on your account.
• If you are still having trouble, you can contact Customer Service by phone at 1-800-835-4386 M-F 8am-10pm and Sat-Sun 10am-6pm EST, and one of our friendly experts will be happy to assist you.

I forgot my password!

If you have forgotten your password, a temporary password can be sent to you.
To retrieve your password:

• Click on the LEGO ID icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen on LEGO.com (this may be somewhere else on the LEGOmba.com website).
• At the log-in screen, enter your user name into the space provided and then under “Forgot your password”, click the link provided.
• In the space provided, enter the email address associated with your LEGO ID. We will send a temporary password to you. Once you log in with it, it will ask you to change your password to whatever you like.
• If you are still having trouble, you can contact Customer Service by phone at 1-800-835-4386 M-F 8am-10pm and Sat-Sun 10am-6pm EST, and one of our friendly experts will be happy to assist you.

It says my account is locked! What do I do?

This happens if you enter the wrong password three times in a row. All you need to do is enter your user name and click on the “Forgot Password” link, and the account will be unlocked and a temporary password will be sent to the email address associated with the LEGO ID.
